Before this, I spent seven years building financial software for enterprises. Big budgets, long timelines, features nobody asked for.

When we started innovatefilebox, I wanted to build something my cousin could use. He runs a small manufacturing shop and was constantly surprised by his bank balance. That feeling of "where did the money go?" drove everything we designed.

Now I split time between product strategy and talking directly to customers. The best feature ideas come from watching someone struggle with their current solution for five minutes.
