By Metro
Take the Red Line to Daan Station. Exit 6 brings you to Fuxing South Road. We're about a seven-minute walk heading south. Look for the modern glass building on your right.
Parking Info
Street parking can be tricky during business hours. There's a public parking garage two blocks north on Section 2. Visitor parking is also available in our building, but spots fill up fast.
Bus Routes
Several bus lines stop nearby including routes 74, 278, and 295. The Fuxing Xinyi Road stop is your closest option. Check arrival times on your transit app to avoid long waits.
Office Hours & Availability
We're in the office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Taiwan time. That said, most of us check emails outside those hours because, well, that's the reality of modern work.
Need to meet outside regular hours? Just mention it in your message. We've done plenty of early morning and evening calls for clients in different time zones.
Response times vary depending on what's happening that week, but you should hear from us within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend inquiries get picked up Monday morning.

You'll get an acknowledgment email within a few hours during business days. It might be brief, but we want you to know we received your message and someone's looking at it.
Detailed Follow-Up
Expect a proper response with answers to your questions within one business day. Complex inquiries might take a bit longer as we loop in the right team members.
